This notice covers the data you provide when you fill in the "I'd like a call back" form on 24agent.it.

What data we collect

Full name, business name, trade, city if you provide it, phone, email, preferred time slot, any message, the date of the request and the IP address it was sent from, used only to limit automated submissions.

Why we use it

To call you back and present 24agent.it in response to your request. The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Article 6(1)(b) of the Regulation). We do not use the data for newsletters or other communications without your further consent.

Where it is stored and for how long

The data is stored on the 24agent.it server in Germany (Hetzner Online GmbH) and is not sent to third parties. We keep it for 12 months from the last communication, then delete it, unless a contractual relationship has started in the meantime.

Who can see it

Only the people tasked with calling you back. The site does not use profiling cookies or tracking tools; the fonts are hosted on our own server.

Your rights

You can ask at any time to access, correct or delete your data, restrict its processing, object to it or receive it in a readable format, by writing to the address above. You can also lodge a complaint with the data protection supervisory authority of the country where you live or work.
